Is drinking enough water really Important?

Water the a need for every human being. Every person on the earth needs good, clean and safe water. Nearly, 70% of body weight is of water. Water helps to form the structure of protein and glycogen, which means that water is the source that carries nutrients to our cells in each part of our body and also help to transport the waste out of the body.


Benefits of drinking more water:

Hot water is better than Cold water

Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid in the stomach, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
Hence, it is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
